Gary Miller first began training dogs as a young boy in the early sixties and has maintained a lifelong interest in dog training. Following a successful twenty-year career as a marine biologist, his work experience with other species of animals prepared him to embark on a new career in 1995 as a professional dog trainer and behaviorist. The author currently lives in Florida with his family, which includes his two Belgian Malinois dogs. He is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer and freelance writer.
