Bill Miller is an attorney who has been representing hard working individuals against the big insurance companies since 1998. He has been practicing law in Alabama for 16 years. He spent the first few years of his practice representing insurance companies. He has first hand knowledge of the way they operate and the tricks they use to deny or decrease the value of your claim. Bill has represented hundreds of individuals who are simply attempting to get fair and honest compensation for their injury claim. Bill grew up in Calhoun County and attended Jacksonville High School. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He has a law degree (JD) from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. He currently lives in Anniston with his wife Kelly and their children. While he lives in Anniston, he has practiced law in most counties in East Alabama and represents clients in Birmingham as well. Bill is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Alabama Association for Justice and the Calhoun County Bar Association. He is past president of the Calhoun County Bar Association and was a member of the first class of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum. He has served on the board of various local charities, is a member of Kiwanis, and a member of Golden Springs Baptist Church.
