Rodney Cruce used his Special Forces training techniques to transform UCF Army ROTC into one of the top programs in the nation. As a result, 96 percent of commissioning Cadets received their first branch choice. Under Cruce's instruction, they completed LDAC with nationally higher scores and E-Rating percentages.
