Tim Rayne is a partner in the Chester County, Pennsylvania, law firm MacElree Harvey, where he focuses his practice in Personal Injury law. Since 1995, Tim has been helping people who have been injured in accidents receive fair treatment from insurance companies by negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and jury trials involving all types of Personal Injury claims: car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents; slip and falls; medical malpractice; dog bites; construction accidents; dangerous products; and wrongful death.
